Management
Ken Pitt - Managing Director
Ken has had a vast experience in the transport industry as a driver, owner/operator and running ASET. What Ken does not know about trucks and trailers is probably not worth knowing. His ability to visualise a load on a trailer provides ASET with a valuable resource and competitive advantage.

Selena Pitt - Director
Selena has been instrumental in setup of administration systems and was involved in bringing on many of our larger clients.

Office Staff
Jason Crowe and Julius Janssen - Freight Specialists
Having spent some time in the transport industry, Jason brings both experience and a network of contacts to ASET. Together with Julius they are able to discuss you transport requirements, provide pricing and then organise for your item to be picked up and delivered.

Carl Schwarz - IT Manager
As we are in a specialist niche of the transport industry ASET have our own customized software to manage and track our loads, assist in maintaining our various accreditations and look after our various permits. Carl has designed and implemented our software system. He also manages our IT infrastructure and organises the various permits/gazettes required for our specialised loads.

Melania Vondebour - Internal Auditor
Our accreditation systems require regular auditing of drivers, maintenance staff and administration staff to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed. Melania is our internal auditor and terrier, sniffing out even the smallest non-compliances and not letting go until these are resolved.

Sarana Kennett, Alicia Davies and Melanie Janssen - Administration
Other activities such as invoicing, payroll and creditors are managed admirably by these administration staff without whom our systems would all fall to pieces (and our staff and drivers would revolt because they wouldn’t be paid).

Professional Drivers
ASET employs a number of professional drivers with good experience not only as truck drivers but also as machinery operators. They understand that many of our unusual loads will require time and hard work to load/unload and also monitor the load in transit to prevent any damage to your valuable equipment.

Don Scott and Shaun Pitt - Qualified Mechanics
Keeping our trucks and trailers well maintained is a very important aspect of our company. Don Scott has had many years experience maintaining our fleet of trucks and is backed up by Shaun, who was born with a spanner in his hand.

Gordon Crighton, Wayne Pitt and Ravi Cole - Welding and Fabrication
ASET has designed and built several of its trailers to suit the type of items we transport. Gordon has spent many years designing and building our trailers and is helped admirably by Wayne and Ravi.
